We acquired this 1-acre parcel off the 401 in Bowmanville in 2016. We got the city to approve 9500 sq. ft. of retail/restaurant/doctor’s office space and 5500 sq. ft. of second level office space. We designed the building so it is the best looking structure in the vicinity. Project is 50% leased out to AAA tenants. Fall 2019 is projected completion date.
